EIC adds weight to energy efficiency research

EIC adds weight to energy efficiency research

From today, the Energy Efficiency Trends report, published by EEVS Insight in partnership with Bloomberg New Energy Finance, will gain a wider audience within the energy efficiency sector following the addition of a new sponsor, the Environmental Industries Commission (EIC).

Founded in 1995, the EIC is a leading representative body for businesses that provide environmental performance technology and services in the UK. The addition of EIC, alongside existing Energy Efficiency Trends sponsors Bird & Bird, Bellrock and Minimise Energy, ensures the quarterly market research report reflects the increasing range of customers and suppliers operating within the energy efficiency sector.

Now in its fifth year, Energy Efficiency Trends has become a leading publication in the sector. In the latest edition, Volume 18, respondents reported an increase in energy efficiency projects commissioned in the last quarter of 2016, reflecting the UK’s strengthening economic growth. The next edition will be published in June 2017.

To access the latest edition of the Trends report, take part in the next survey and to view the full history or the publication at www.energyefficiencytrends.co.uk

We saw that Energy Efficiency Trends has a vital role to play in sharing important industry wide data and in helping drive greater transparency across the sector. EIC is excited to join the community behind this valuable publication.

Commented Mathew Farrow, Executive Director of EIC

By broadening the partners who support Trends we are ensuring we are engaging across the whole energy efficiency sector and keeping Trends connected with as broad an audience as possible. EIC are a superb addition to our existing strong partner network and we look forward to further developing our mutual relationship.
