Founded in 2005, RFIC are a fabless IC design company specializing in analogue/RF integrated circuits and modules. Using the state-of-the-art III-V compound semiconductor technologies most beneficial to the performance and cost, they have been and always will be devoted to the development of products in response to the fast- and ever-growing wireless application markets, such as broadband access and connectivity (WLAN IEEE802.11b/g/n/a/ac/ax), mobile internet device (MID), cellular communication 3G/4G LTE Small cell, 5G NR and Internet of Things (IoT).

RFIC have developed a variety of product lines including Front-end Module (FEMs), Power Amplifiers (PAs), Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs), Switches, Combiners and Filters, etc.

Based on advanced GaAs HBT, PHEMT and RF CMOS technologies, RFIC focuses on the development of wireless communication devices and circuits. Currently, RFIC has introduced a full line of power amplifiers for WLAN 802.11a/b/g and Bluetooth applications, as well as the new product lines for CDMA, GSM/GPRS, PHS handset and optical fibre communication components.
