New IQ Mixers designed for quantum computing from Marki Microwaves

MMIQ-0416L, a High-Performance Low Drive IQ Mixer

New from Marki Microwave, the MMIQ-0416L IQ mixer is ideal for quantum computing as well as image-reject and single-sideband applications in radar and communications. Providing exceptional performance over a wide 4 to 16 GHz bandwidth.

The MMIQ-0416L is a low LO drive, passive GaAs MMIC IQ mixer. This is an ultra-broadband mixer spanning 4 to 16 GHz on the RF and LO ports with an IF from DC to 6 GHz, with up to 28 dB of image rejection is available due to the excellent phase and amplitude balance of its on-chip LO quadrature hybrid. Banded performance is possible at LO drive as low as +4 dBm. Both wire bondable die and connectorised modules are available.

Key Features

  • RF/LO - 4 to 16 GHz
  • IF - DC to 6 GHz
  • LO Drive - +7 to +16 dBM
  • Conv Loss - 9 dB
  • Img Rej - 28 dBm
  • Isolations L-R - 58 dB
  • Isolations L-I - 40 dB

MMIQ-0416H, a High Linearity IQ Mixer

Marki Microwave has a continuing legacy of creating the highest performance RF and microwave mixers in the world. The MMIQ-0416H is a high linearity IQ Mixer that is ideal for quantum computing, as well as single-sideband applications in radar and communications projects.

The MMIQ-0416H is a high linearity, passive GaAs MMIC IQ mixer. This is an ultra-broadband mixer spanning 4 to 16 GHz on the RF and LO ports with an IF from DC to 6 GHz, with up to 29 dB of image rejection is available due to the excellent phase and amplitude balance of its on-chip LO quadrature hybrid. Both wire bondable die and connectorised modules are available.

Key Features

  • RF/LO - 4 to 16 GHz
  • IF - DC to 6 GHz
  • LO Drive - +14 to +22 dBm
  • Conv Loss - 5 dB
  • Img Rej - 29 dBm
  • Isolations L-R - 59 dB
  • Isolations L-I - 40 dB
