Passive GaAs MMIC IQ Mixer
MMIQ-0106HCSM is a high linearity, passive GaAs MMIC IQ mixer. This is an ultra-broadband mixer spanning 1.5 to 5.5 GHz on the RF and LO ports with an IF from DC to 3 GHz.
Up to 33 dB of image rejection is available due to the excellent phase and amplitude balance of its on-chip LO quadrature hybrid. The MMIQ-0106HCSM is available in a 5x5 mm ceramic QFN package.
