DDR2 Memory uses a high speed data bus wjich has to be terminated. termination is made by means of a voltage regulator whcih shall sink and source current depedning on bus demand while maintaining regulated voltage.
The 3DPM0237-2 is a sink/source Double Data Rate (DDR) Termination Regulator specifically designed for low input voltage, low-noise and high reliability systems where space is a key consideration. The 3DPM0318-1 is manufactured with 3D PLUS’s space qualified stacking technology designed for high reliability applications, and is available in a compact, low weight 127-pin BGA package.
