Further information The SyncFire 1200 is a powerful and reliable NTP Time Server offering the great features and reliability of Meinberg LANTIME products in a 1U server chassis with unprecedented power. The redundant, hot-pluggable power supplies and system fans ensure a 24/7 operation. The ability to add a second GPS or a combined GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/BeiDou receiver as a redundant reference time source and the capability to create redundant network links by assigning multiple LAN interfaces to a high availability bonding group provide an unmatched level of reliability. The new SyncFire 1200 can be ordered with an AMD® EPYC® 7262 (8-Core, 3.2 GHz) CPU. The standard configuration offers four Gigabit interfaces, the number of physical interfaces can be increased to a maximum of eight network ports.

A Meinberg SyncFire 1200 can handle an unmatched number of NTP requests per second, making it one of the most powerful, versatile, and reliable NTP appliance on the market and the perfect fit for high-performance NTP requirements, for example Synchronisation of Femtocell Access Points or other CPEs, VOD Set Top Boxes or when an Internet NTP server has to be provided for a large number of SNTP or NTP capable end devices.

Scope of supply Included in delivery is a GPS antenna incl. converter unit, 20m GPS antenna cable (RG58) and product documentation.
Firmware Updates Firmware is field-upgradeable, updates can be installed directly from the unit or via a remote network connection. Software updates are provided free of charge for the lifetime of your Meinberg product.
WEEE status of the product This product is handled as a B2B category product. In order to secure a WEEE compliant waste disposal it has to be returned to the manufacturer. Any transportation expenses for returning this product (at its end of life) have to be incurred by the end user, whereas Meinberg will bear the costs for the waste disposal itself.
