Volumetric flow sensors
Our highly accurate differential pressure sensors measure volume flow rate of gases, record the minimum drop in pressure on a flow element, equating to a measurement of the volume flow rate. These volumetric flow sensors from First Sensor can be use within:

HCL volumetric flow sensors
Measure ultra low pressures from 5 mbar and are intended to be used with dry and non-corrosive gases. The sensors are calibrated and temperature compensated. They use a special compensation technology to achieve a very high offset stability and virtually no position sensitivity.
HCLA volumetric flow sensors
The HCLA pressure sensors perform precision digital signal conditioning and provide analogue and digital output at the same time. The sensors are calibrated, temperature compensated and linearised and use a special compensation technique to achieve very high offset stability and virtually no position sensitivity.
The digital LMI differential pressure sensors with I²C bus and 3 V supply are based on thermal micro-flow measurement within the silicon sensor chip and offer measuring ranges from 25 Pa (0.1 inH2O) full scale. Due to their excellent sensitivity, accuracy, offset long term stability and long service life, LMI sensors are ideal for differential pressure gas flow measurement in bypass configuration.
The LME differential low pressure sensors are based on thermal flow measurement of gas through a micro-flow channel integrated within the sensor chip. The innovative LME technology features superior sensitivity especially for ultra low pressures. The extremely low gas flow through the sensor ensures high immunity to dust contamination, humidity and long tubing compared to other flow-based pressure sensors.
