Available from APC RF & Microwave, IPP offers a variety of attenuators for different applications. Designed using BeO ceramic and copper flanges for low thermal resistance and low capacitance, attenuation values range from 1 dB to 20 dB with a frequency range from DC to 6 GHz in power levels from 10 to 100 watts.
Baluns are a form of 3-port transformer that converts between a balanced signal (one signal referenced to ground) and an unbalanced signal (two signals referenced to each other). The unbalanced signals are equal in amplitude and have a 180 degree phase shift between them. A balun can take many forms and may include devices that also transform impedances. Transformer baluns can also be used to connect transmission lines of differing impedances.

Our line of RF Directional Couplers are available as surface mount, drop-in or connectorised packages. IPP’s directional couplers offer some of the widest bandwidths at the highest power levels in the industry. Our unique designs allow us to achieve better coupling flatness, low VSWR and low main line loss. These directional couplers are available in frequencies from 1 MHz. to 6.0 GHz., in power levels up to 2,500 Watts CW.
IPP directional couplers can be used to sample RF power in a multitude of applications and are available as dual-directional couplers (DDC), single-directional couplers (SDC), and bi-directional couplers (BDC). They can also be customised to add multiple forward and reverse power sample ports.
Dividers – Combiners
IPP offers a full line of RF Microwave in-phase power dividers and combiners in various split ratios, frequencies and power levels up to multi-kilowatts. RF power dividers and combiners are available in connectorised packages as well as drop-in and custom configurations. IPP Combiners/ Dividers offer low loss and VSWR while providing port-port isolation using IPP’s high power resistive products. These power dividers/ combiners are designed to be screw down mounted to a heatsink. These products are available in narrow and broadband bandwidths making them ideal for applications including, power amplifier, antenna feeds, attenuators and switches. Frequency range is from 2 MHz to 6000 MHz in power levels up to 2500 Watts.
90 Degree Hybrid Couplers
A 90 degree hybrid coupler is a four-port device that is used either to equally split an input signal into two paths with a 90 degree phase shift between them or to combine two signals while maintaining high isolation between them. Our RF hybrid couplers offer low insertion loss, low VSWR and high power capability in a small package which are often required.
Frequency Range is from 20 MHz to 12.0 GHz. in power levels up to 1500 Watts CW. IPP 90 degree hybrid couplers are available in Surface Mount, with tabs for drop in or connectors.
IPP’s high power RF/ Microwave Resistor line offers a compact, rugged, high power, high frequency solution to the most demanding applications. APC’s RF Resistors are constructed on copper flanges and BeO ceramic for low thermal resistance and capacitance. Frequency ranges are available from DC to 6 GHz with power levels from 5 Watt to 800 Watts. These products are available in both bolt-down and solder down packages with silver contact tabs.

These products are available with a connector, bolt-down flange and solder down packages with a silver contact tab.
