They provide built-in redundancy, remote monitoring and intelligent antenna switching capability, ensuring that all connected GPS timing synchronisation devices remain fully functional in the event of an antenna failure.

GPS Rack Mount Splitter 1 x 16 outputs – RMS116

The RMS116 GPS/Galileo/GLONASS Splitter is a 1-input 16-output rack mount RF device. The most common use being the input from an active GPS roof antenna or GPS simulator is split to sixteen receiving GPS units or timing boards.

Rack mounts are commonly used by cellular, timing and test labs utilising GPS. The RMS116 is available with more options than other competitive products.

The RMS132 GPS/Galileo/GLONASS Splitter is a 1-input 32-output rack mount RF device. The most common application is where the input from an active GPS roof antenna or GPS simulator is split into 32 receiving GPS units or timing boards.

The RMS216 allows up to 16 GPS/GNSS synchronisation modules and receivers access to the GPS timing signal. It is designed with dual antenna redundancy to keep timing and synchronisation modules operating when a GPS antenna or cable fails. An optional dual power supply feature allows two internal power supply units to share the load. If one unit is not available (internally or externally), the other will seamlessly take over without any loss of power. It is perfect for many wireless applications.

The ability of the splitter to switch antennas allows all connected GPS devices to remain fully functional in the event of an antenna failure, which is so important in a wireless environment. The rackmount is designed to power both antennas at 5VDC.

The RRMS116 splitter is a 1-input 16-output rack mounted GPS L1/L2 signal divider designed to withstand shock and vibration. The most common use being the input from an active GPS roof antenna split to sixteen receiving GPS L1/L2 units or timing boards within a military ground vehicle.
